My Cozy and Stress-relieving Stay in Córdoba, Spain

Because I often travel alone and on business, when choosing accommodation, I always give priority to the convenience of transportation to and from the hotel. When I visited Córdoba for the second time in 2024. The hotel I chose, H10 Palacio Colomeray, is a newly opened hotel. It takes 2 minutes to walk from Córdoba Train Station to RENFE-Est.Buses OESTE. Take bus No. 03 for 6 stops and about 10 minutes to Claudio. Get off the bus at Marcelo (Tendillas) and walk to the hotel in 2 minutes, which is really convenient.

Don’t think that it’s easy to find a hotel with convenient transportation. In fact, for people traveling alone, there are many factors to consider. This hotel not only saves me from having to drag my luggage to find the way, but also the excellent geographical environment. It is within walking distance to attractions, shopping, and dining. It is really a perfect choice, and I would like to share it with everyone.

The hotel is not only easily accessible by public transport, but also ideally located in the iconic Plaza de las Tendillas of Córdoba city centre, with a clock tell time on the hour and half hour .

Plaza Tantirias is also famous for being one of the commercial centers of the city, surrounded by a wide variety of restaurants and bars, as well as shopping areas, and is the starting point for routes to Cordoba's tourist attractions .

Newly Opened Simple Casual Style Hotel

When I first arrived at the hotel, I saw an adult and a young kid posting room direction signs on the walkway. It dawned on me that it is a brand new hotel. I was very touched when I saw the father and his toddler son posting room number signs together. Such a small child may not understand anything yet, but he still handed over the number signs to his father in a serious manner.

I believe that if the kid recalls helping his father when the hotel opened, it will be a very fond memory. It also made me realize that Europeans always use various opportunities in daily life to let children learn to work together with their parents when their children are very young and develop independent habits. But in Taiwan, parents would rather have their children concentrate on study , not many parents are willing to let their children help them at the work site.

The lobby on the first floor of the hotel is spacious, with rattan chairs and sofas scattered at random, a high corridor, simple mosaics and black railings forming a bright space.

Although it is a modern hotel, elegance can be seen in many spaces. Looking from the cloister on the second floor, you can fully feel the elegance of the Spanish-style architecture in its simplicity.

The rooftop bar is a great place to take a breaik after a day's travels. Have a drink on the terrace. you not only can get a panoramic view of the square, but also can even see the city of Córdoba in the distance. Unfortunately, Córdoba is really hot at the end of May. After all, I'd rather stay at the bar in the lobby and enjoy the air conditioning.

Comfortable Rooms with Modern Equipment

The guest rooms are simple in style, but equipped with sufficient equipment. The TV has multi-language channels and a wide range of content. It made me stay up late watching wonderful movies and didn't want to sleep.

Although the equipment in the guest room is very simple, it has everything you need and is thoughtfully designed.

Whenever I travel to Europe, I always have probelm to figure out which way to adjust the shower equipment in the hotel bathroom to allow water to flow from the shower head, but not the ceiling shower head. However, the switches of the bathroom equipment in this hotel are clear at a glance and are easy to use. There is no need to study how to use it makes me feel very considerate and convenient.

A Breakfast Full of Energy and Vitality Puts Me in a Good Mood

During my stay, every morning when I walked out of my room, I encountered smiling hotel staff guiding guests to breakfast in the corridor, which made me feel that the hotel was very friendly and attentive. As soon as I walked into the restaurant, I was infected by the vigor and vitality displayed in the bright and color-coordinated space, and I felt very good.

I like churros very much. Whenever I travel to Spain, I always look forward to hotels offering churros for breakfast.

I like to observe local people when traveling. While eating breakfast, I looked at the street scene and wanted to find out how the daily life of the Spaniards is different from ours.

Suddenly I saw groups of students passing by the window. Perhaps they hadn't eaten breakfast or were curious about my breakfast. They kept looking at me. I guessed there must be a school nearby, that's why I could see parents and students passing by every morning.

The Lobby Bar is My Favorite Place to Stay

The lobby bar is designed in a simple style, and you can have a panoramic view of the square from the floor-to-ceiling windows. On sunny afternoons, I like to escape the heat and drink cocktails here.
